- Exposure to project or program management (coursework, clubs, or work experience)

You'll contribute to real programs that influence how orders are fulfilled, how transportation flows across Australia, and how we improve the systems that underpin network performance — work that has direct impact on delivery speed, cost, and customer experience.

This is a 3-month internship where you'll work alongside experienced program managers, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and build practical skills in program delivery, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key job responsibilities
Support active workstreams within Network Design, including transportation time optimization and configuration initiatives

Assist with tracking program status, risks, and milestones across the portfolio

Contribute to cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams

Analyze data and metrics to surface insights and support decision-making

Help document processes and support knowledge management across the team
