Reliability Engineer – Computer Vision & Edge Systems

Job Description

Join our Seamless Travel Innovation team, where we design and deliver next‑generation biometric, computer vision and multi‑sensor technologies across airports worldwide. Our work spans edge devices, mobile platforms and cloud architectures, enabling travellers to move smoothly through every airport touchpoint. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment where innovation and experimentation are part of everyday life.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Operate and optimize advanced multi‑sensor, biometric and 3D‑scanning systems across edge, cloud and mobile platforms.

• Contribute to the development and automation of model‑training systems for deep learning and computer vision.

• Build observability, logging, monitoring and alerting capabilities for production‑grade systems.

• Support in‑house lab testing, customer POC trials and operational monitoring of deployed systems.

• Explore and evaluate new technologies that can enhance our product capabilities.

About the ideal candidate

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell), cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration, cross‑platform environments (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and edge‑device performance optimization.

• Understanding of networking concepts such as latency and edge‑to‑cloud communication.

• Interest in AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision is beneficial.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work both independently and collaboratively.
