At Amadeus, we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to act as the strategic interface between Amadeus and Saudi Airlines (SV), one of our key airline customers. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives, drive customer priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery and business outcomes.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Amadeus and Saudi Airlines (SV).
• Lead large-scale strategic programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, DevOps, Operations, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into successful delivery outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and program execution.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong Program Management experience.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes.
• Airline industry experience is preferred.
• Exposure to Digital Transformation initiatives is an advantage.
