Product Definition Analyst 4

Experience: 9+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
• Drive stakeholder communication, requirement sign-offs, and process improvements. 

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to understand a feature and slice and dice accordingly is needed.

• Ability to prioritize based on business requirement is an absolute necessity.

• Safe PO certification can be mentioned as Preferred.

Preferred

• Experience in Product-based organizations.
• Exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design.
• Domain experience in Travel or Airlines is an added advantage.
