Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled web focus developer to provide technical expertise in solution design and application 
development. You will focus on delivering high-quality, modern technical solutions and maintaining/enhancing our in- house field force automation platforms, including RetailAIM, SpotForce, and related systems. This role emphasizes robust, maintainable code that integrates seamlessly and performs reliably across multiple mobile and desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the full software development lifecycle — from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. 
• Build fully functional, responsive web applications using clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. 
• Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests to ensure quality and catch issues early. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability. 
• Ensure solutions are robust, extensible, reusable, and easy to integrate/test across platforms. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business value. 
• Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively apply them to improve our solutions

Key Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience and training)
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on web development experience in a production environment. 
• Strong proficiency in React.JS, Vue. JS, C#, .NET (preferably .NET Core), ASP.NET, HTML and CSS. 
• Solid experience with SQL, Azure SQL (database design, querying, optimization). 
• Working knowledge of Git for version control and familiarity with DevOps practices. 
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment (e.g., App Services, Functions, storage, deployment pipelines). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and strong sense of ownership.
