Associate Software Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Associate Software Engineer with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of the engineering team, you will contribute to creating innovative software solutions that support Alteryx's mission to make data analytics accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation and maintenance.
• Debug and resolve software issues promptly.
• Keep current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1.5 years of practical software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including ReactJS and Python.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
