Role Summary 

We are seeking a high-impact, "all-rounder" Senior Developer – Marketing Technologies (MarTech) with a startup mindset to lead the technical evolution of our marketing and web ecosystems. 

The ideal candidate possesses an investigative "hacker" spirit, moving seamlessly between API integrations, complex data flows, and enterprise-grade edge configurations via Akamai. You are the glue between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our CMS, Analytics, and AI models work in a perfectly synchronized loop. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Architectural Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical "first responder" for complex, unforeseen challenges across the stack, providing rapid prototyping and long-term architectural fixes. 

• MarTech Orchestration: Own the end-to-end technical integration of the marketing stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP). Map and manage complex data flows to ensure "single source of truth" integrity. 

• Edge & Performance Leadership: Manage Akamai end-to-end, leveraging its full suite of capabilities (WAF, Image & Video Manager, Ion, EdgeWorkers) to ensure global performance and security. 

• CMS & Web Ecosystems: Oversee the full lifecycle of our CMS (Headless or Traditional), ensuring it scales, integrates with downstream APIs, and empowers content creators without technical bottlenecks. 

• Advanced Analytics & Monitoring: Implement deep-level tracking (GTM, Server-side tagging) and centralized monitoring to ensure every user interaction is captured and every system failure is caught before the user sees it. 

• Startup Mindset: Navigate ambiguity with ease. You are comfortable building "v1" from scratch while ensuring the "v10" version is scalable 

• Exposure in AI Integration & Automation - Design and code Python-based solutions to integrate in-house developed LLMs into business workflows. Identify where AI can optimize content generation, personalization, and data analysis.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ Years of Engineering Experience: A seasoned veteran of the web, with a portfolio of complex integrations and platform builds. 

• MarTech Specialist: Deep understanding of the "plumbing" behind marketing tools—knowing exactly how data moves from a web form to a CRM and into an analytics dashboard. 

• Infrastructure & Edge Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Akamai and how to leverage the edge for performance and security. 

• Full-Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of modern CMS architectures, API-first delivery, and frontend performance optimization. 

• Data & Analytics Native: Expert in integration patterns for Google Analytics 4, Segment, or similar CDP/Analytics platforms, including server-side tracking. 

• Technical Integration: Proven ability to handle authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SAML) and secure data exchange between disparate SaaS platforms. 

• Soft Skills: A mentor’s heart and a builder’s hands. You can explain complex data flows to a CMO while debugging a Python script with a junior dev. 

• The "AI/Python" Edge: High proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML integration patterns (Vector databases, RAG, API-based model orchestration).
