Job Description
The role involves coordinating, monitoring, and reporting project activities while ensuring alignment between quality, engineering trades, and business stakeholders.
- Dashboard updates using BI/BO or macro data extraction, integrated with PLM and PEPP data (PEPP or CR meetings).
- Weekly coordination meetings with engineering trades (ADAS, DSEE, Engines, etc.), including monitoring of PRS purchasing contracts, series follow-up, and supply parts issues.
- Monitoring of officializations (OCM, NFC).
- Business follow-up during GIMUX meetings.
- Codification meetings: updating tracking files and monitoring open subjects.
- PDD development in collaboration with Quality and engineering trades.
- Definition of use cases (NFC usage, product variations, emulation, and related topics).
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in French and English
- Milestone and project reviews: preparation of progress summaries covering the full scope of the window project, in collaboration with the Model Manager
- Project reviews with technical teams / trades
- Monitoring quality results for each tool/means and tracking the resolution of blocking issues
- Updating the landing file
- Monitoring modernization tools and equipment
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings
- Office PLM
