Description du poste
Assurer la supervision du réseau télécom (Radio, IP, Transmission, Core), détecter les anomalies, ouvrir, qualifier et suivre les incidents et garantir les SLA des opérateur Télécom.
- Tâches de reporting.
- Qualification et acheminement des alarmes
- Détection des alarmes et incident via NMS / OSS
- Surveillance en temps réel via OSS/NMS.
- Corrélation et qualification des alarmes.
- Ouverture & mise à jour des tickets TSM.
- Notification et escalade immédiate selon la matrice validée.
- Suivi des incidents jusqu’à rétablissement complet.
- Participation aux analyses RCA
- Vérification post-travaux nocturnes + rapport.
- Reporting quotidien des incidents et actions.
- Contrôle quotidien
Qualifications
- Bac +2 / +3
- Minimum 1 an dans un poste similaire
- Connaissances TELECOM
- Maîtrise OSS/NMS et TSM.
- Rigueur, réactivité, travail en shift
- Sens de l’analyse, bonne communication
