Position Description:

As a deputy program manager, you’ll implement and maintain impactful programs by guiding multi-disciplined teams in the successful execution and sustainment of various programs.

Your clients will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while the teams will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in program management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Roles & Responsibilities

• Measuring and reporting program performance.
• Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.
• Participate in bid and proposal efforts
• Managing suppliers to meet program objectives.
• Managing Government/customer supplied property or information (GFE, CFE, etc.)
• Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage programmatic and financial risks and opportunities
• Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards.
• Various personnel and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a program or project manager role
• Relevant contract type experience (FFP, CPFF/AF, T&M)
• Ability to serve as the primary interface to the Government customer to receive direction and represent the team's activities and accomplishments
• Making sure all project personnel and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the status of the project
• Knowledge of managing milestone deliveries under Firm Fixed-Price / T&M contracts/OTA contracts
• Experience managing subcontractors
• TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years supporting federal government contracts within the DOD or the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Experience with managing a workforce to ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented promptly
• Experience with writing proposals, including providing inputs to pricing, staffing plans, and management narratives in proposal development
• Experience managing multiple programs
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience working in a SCI Facility (SCIF)

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these positions is $140,000 to $160,000. However, Altamira Technologies Corporation considers multiple variables when determining compensation, including but not limited to, the level of responsibilities, prior work experience, education/certifications, customer contractual specifications, and any clearance requirements.
