We’re looking for a Project Manager to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while acting as a reliable point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll facilitate daily stand-ups, translate business needs into well-defined Jira/Linear tickets, coordinate follow-ups with suppliers, and ensure customers receive clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilities:

Run Daily stand-ups

• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure action items, decisions, and owners are documented.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help remove blockers.
• Keep the team aligned on priorities and progress.

Manage Jira/Linear tickets

• Create and refine tickets with clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Prioritize and assign work in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Ensure tickets remain accurate, up to date, and properly tracked through completion.

Customer communication

• Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and potential risks.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable work items.
• Support incident communications with clear and professional messaging.

Vendor and supplier coordination

• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and service commitments.
• Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track next steps.
• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to coordinate activities and resolve blockers.
• Maintain project documentation and help ensure a shared source of truth across stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate project risks or dependencies when appropriate.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• 90%+ of active tickets updated weekly in Jira/Linear.
• Customer communication cadence consistently maintained throughout active projects.
• Daily stand-ups held on schedule, with clear action items and ownership.
• Vendor deliverables tracked and escalated appropriately to support agreed timelines.
• Project documentation kept accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, IT Operations, or Customer Success within a technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, or a similar project management tool.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively follow up on actions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or Managed Services environment.
• Familiarity with incident management and post-mortem processes.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based environments.
