Job Description

This role is responsible for the design of complex & advanced data infrastructure projects & proof of concept business solutions for users in Direct Phone Sales supporting Outbound Strategy. This person works directly with business users and analytic engineers on needs and tactical solutions. This role will shepherd new ETL work tracks for campaign management and analytics from inception and prototyping to fully developed solutions. This role serves as a department subject matter expert on research solutions to support corporate goals related to Direct Phone Sales outbound campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Direct Phone Sales campaign management infrastructure with all associated integrations and ETL processes that are used to run the business
  • Develop streamlined processes and redundancies to ensure ETL, API integrations, and scripting processes are running efficiently and ensure risk to business functions are minimized or mitigated
  • Serve as an application subject matter expert on strategic outbound projects and act as a consultant to the business on improving lead performance effectiveness
  • Maximize capabilities of the business managed platforms to improve and drive results through partnership with leadership
  • Identify outbound dialer functionality required to meet business objectives, working with the Dialer application product and Call Center technology owners to adopt and implement on behalf of Direct Sales
  • Develop and mentor others to build campaign management business knowledge and expertise thus creating bench strength
  • Lead and execute the development of prototypes for business or research solutions and ensures prototypes meet the organization standards, so that business users may visually understand and explore a new feature or functionality, before implementation, to expose design assumptions and drive ideation.
  • Execute and design data collection, data exploration, data engineering, testing, implementation, analytics delivery, and data quality.
  • Development of enterprise data assets, information platforms or data spaces designed for exploring and understanding the data. Implement monitoring, quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop the data infrastructure required to support needs of predictive modeling and analytics. Optimize the environment.
  • Leverage “agile” data analysis with technology fluency in parallel processing/programming, software/programming languages and technologies (i.e. Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostGres, Python, Spark, Kafka, Scala and Hadoop) paired with a high degree of analytic agility to meet fluid and dynamic business needs in this space
  • Develops new ideas and initiatives and oversees/executes the development of new concepts, proof of concept designs and technical business solutions. Serves as a central point for communication and coordination.
  • Work closely with business partners to take loosely defined data engineering needs, break down the business problems into solvable components, and brings solutions them from ideation to working pilots/deliverables.
  • As department expert, establish department plans based on strategy and provide direction to leadership or AOR partners on technical solutions. Understand the changing analytic needs of users and Data Scientists and assist in the development of strategy, objectives, goals, and tracks of work to meet those needs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Possess strong business acumen, leadership skills and practical system experience
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working virtually and across multiple centers/locations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building ETL processes and API connections across multiple systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge structuring data sources to support report building that drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of call center operations, business capabilities, outbound dialer strategies, etc
  • Experience building automated processes utilizing various processing/programming, software/programming languages, enterprise relational databases, and technologies (i.e. Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostGres, Batch, PowerShell, Python, Kafka, Scala and Hadoop)
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, supervisors, subject matter experts, and application users
  • Strong relationship building, coaching, mentoring and influencing skills
  • Project management and organization - Engages resources (people, material, support) to get things done; orchestrates multiple activities to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills required, including an extensive understanding of how to interpret department business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Competency in developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business opportunities
  • Ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and implement business processes
  • Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and/or Report Builders (Tableau/Power BI) required.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet.
