Project Manager

As a Project Manager on our platform engineering team, you will oversee and manage multiple development projects within our organization. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and effective resource allocation.

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

What you need to succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
