Brinda seguimiento a controles en las áreas productivas para cumplir con las especificaciones.

Reducción de Desperdicios mediante implementación de proyectos de mejora.

Respuesta efectiva a problemas identificados en los procesos o con clientes que garanticen no - recurrencia.

Incrementar adherencia a trabajo estandar por Supervisores y FLL

Asegurarse de identificar oportunidades que se traduzcan en productividad para el negocio.

Coordinacion y comunicacion de quejas de clientes, acciones correctivas y estrategia de mejora

Asegurarse que las introducciones de nuevos y/o cambios de productos están alineados a los requerimientos de calidad.

Asegurar compliance ante agencias regulatorias, estándares, sistemas en las áreas productivas/servicio que apliquen

Mantener comunicación con la región para generar estrategias comunes respecto a la administración de la calidad

Entrenar y desarrollar al personal de la planta, en conocimientos técnicos del producto, proceso, equipo, materia prima

Atiende auditorias externas y visitas corporativas (UL,CE, BHMA, ETC)

Participa como Auditor Interno

Coordina implementacion de proyectos especiales para la organizacion (I.E. Be-One, Windchill, ETC)

Llevar a cabo el proceso de administracion de talento

Establecer y administrar los recursos del area funcional (presupuesto y HC)
