• Manage instance health, availability, performance and capacity.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage platform configurations and ensure environments remain stable, secure and reliable.
• Support platform engineering activities across development, test and production environments.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and upgrade-safe.

• Plan and execute upgrades, patches and hotfixes.
• Manage plugin activations and instance clones.
• Coordinate upgrade activities and validate platform functionality following upgrades.
• Identify and resolve upgrade-related issues and conflicts.
• Ensure platform changes follow established enterprise change management processes.

• Monitor and troubleshoot slow transactions, database queries, logs and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot integrations, MID Servers and ECC queues.
• Analyze platform performance issues and identify root causes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve platform performance and stability.
• Work with Support when advanced platform assistance is required.

• Support IRM/GRC capabilities across enterprise risk and compliance processes.
• Work with Risks, Controls, Testing, Issues and Policies within IRM.
• Support compliance and governance processes through .
• Configure and maintain IRM/GRC solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure IRM/GRC implementations align with enterprise governance standards.

• Manage platform security, roles and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Support secure configuration of environments and integrations.

• Support CMDB/CSDM alignment and platform governance initiatives.
• Ensure platform configurations follow security, risk and compliance requirements.

• Support integrations using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Manage and troubleshoot MID Servers and integration components.
• Monitor integration health and resolve integration-related incidents.
• Support Business Rules, Script Includes and Flow Designer implementations.
• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable and maintainable.

• Support production incidents and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring platform and application issues.
• Coordinate with Support and other technical teams for complex issues.
• Follow enterprise incident, problem and change management processes.
• Maintain platform stability and operational readiness.

• Follow banking change management, audit, security, risk and regulatory controls.
• Ensure platform activities comply with applicable enterprise governance requirements.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and evidence for audit and compliance activities.
• Support risk and compliance teams with platform requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet the requirements of regulated enterprise environments.

• 6-9 years of hands-on Platform Administration/Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with IRM/GRC.
• Strong experience with upgrades, patches, plugins and instance clones.
• Strong performance troubleshooting and platform monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of ACLs, roles and security.
• Hands-on experience with MID Servers and ECC queues.
• Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM and integrations.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
