Role overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning and integrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
- Design and implement scalable solutions on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Work on triggers, batch classes and asynchronous processing.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Perform code reviews, testing and deployment.
- Maintain data integrity and follow Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide production support.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Strong experience in:
- Apex programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura
- SOQL/SOSL
- Understanding of:
- Salesforce data model and security (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
- Workflows, Process Builder / Flow
- Experience with integration tools/APIs
- Familiarity with Git / version control
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus
Must have skills:
- Experience developing and customizing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud solutions, including triggers, batch classes, Flows and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Git/version control and a strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model and platform best practices.
Good to have skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
