AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d)

Overview:

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/d) to drive the implementation of large language models and AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage project schedules, and ensure seamless execution. With a focus on innovation, you will stay at the forefront of AI developments and translate complex technical concepts into actionable outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Prompt and finetune large language models  

• Facilitating customer evaluations and PoC  

• Develop and manage a detailed customer project schedule 

• Communicate innovative solutions to our customers and external partners  

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into project objectives  

• Stay on top of the latest AI developments to shape our vision at the intersection of market needs and innovation 

• Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements 

• Draft and deliver presentations on targeted products, demonstrating features and functionality 

• Design, deploy, adapt, implement, configure, customize and test solutions for clients, fixing any regressions or challenges that may arise 

• Provide ongoing technical expertise or guidance and troubleshooting throughout a project's lifecycle to clients and stakeholders 

• Act as a link between technology and clients, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders 

• Analyze situations, identify problems, and devise efficient solutions, often in time-critical scenarios 

• Work closely and trustfully with various departments, including sales, engineering, support, operations, IT, business groups, and end users and key users to ensure project success 

Your profile:

• You have experience with complex projects and managing their entire life-cycle  

• You have fundamental knowledge of ML, and basic knowledge of AI and Large Language Models 

• Intermediate Skills in Python 

• Limited User Experience Design and User-centered approach of software solutions OR Limited Backend Systems Applications design 

• Good understanding of IT Applications and Architectures 

• Fundamental/Advanced Understanding of Machine Learning and AI 

• 2+ years working on customer-facing technical pre/post sales projects or solution implementation projects to enable customer's success 

• You have a solution-oriented mindset that helps you to solve problems creatively  

• You can identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
