As a Software Developer (.NET), you will play a pivotal role in building high-quality software applications that shape the future of our technology solutions. By collaborating within an Agile team, you’ll drive continuous improvement in development practices, influence the product roadmap, and deliver impactful features that enhance both user experience and business value. Your technical expertise in .NET, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, will contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and the growth of our dynamic tech team. What that means day to day
Work closely with the development team to understand, contribute to, and enhance tools, services, and platforms, while continuously improving team practices and working methods to boost efficiency and delivery. Lead initiatives to improve workflows and adapt practices when necessary.
Collaborate with both internal and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline services, or develop new ones. Actively participate in gathering and documenting user requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met throughout the development cycle.
Plan, write, test, and maintain code for web, mobile, and desktop applications in an Agile environment, adhering to established coding standards. Participate in peer reviews and solution design discussions to ensure high-quality output and best practices.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain and improve coding standards, troubleshoot support tickets, and resolve issues effectively. Provide third-level support to business users while developing new features and enhancing the functionality of existing products.
Develop a strong understanding of application architecture and code structure, while adapting to new languages and platforms as necessary. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the product roadmap and future feature development, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take on additional duties as required by your line manager, ensuring flexibility and alignment with the role's scope and responsibilities.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates
