In this hybrid role, you'll blend hands-on coding with leadership, guiding a talented team of developers and QAs to deliver robust, scalable solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping our Agile processes, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, and driving continuous improvement.

What that means day to day
You’ll play a crucial role in both building great software and leading a talented team. You'll be hands-on with development while also shaping team processes, ensuring quality, and driving improvements.
- Develop High-Quality Software – Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern technologies, ensuring our applications are secure and performant.
- Lead & Mentor – Support and coach developers and QAs, provide constructive feedback, and help grow a high-performing, engaged team.
- Drive Agile Development – Ensure smooth execution of Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros), remove blockers, and improve team velocity.
- Architect & Innovate – Implement best practices in software design, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and business stakeholders to break down work, estimate timelines, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure Quality & Security – Maintain strong development practices, keep documentation up to date, and ensure compliance with security standards like ISO27001 and OWASP Top 10.
