Working closely with stakeholders across the company, you’ll analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state solutions that support our strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into clear, functional designs that guide our technical teams. As a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud to ensure our technology solutions align with business needs. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences will be key to your success.

What that means day to day
- Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, facilitating discovery workshops to develop process-optimised solutions, and you will use industry-standard business process models to create clear documentation, including functional designs, user stories, and requirement analysis models.
- Support the development and testing of Salesforce solutions, building and demonstrating prototypes while applying standard testing methodologies to ensure quality and performance, your role will also involved leading feature demos and UAT sessions, providing post-implementation support to drive adoption and successful change management. You'll act as a key point of contact for business users, you will troubleshoot issues, escalate concerns as needed, and provide first-level support for bug fixes and system inquiries.
- Oversee data integrity and reporting by developing dashboards, maintaining best practices, and ensuring high-quality data management. You will also support data migration efforts, construct and validate SOQL queries, and establish processes that enhance data accuracy and accessibility for business users.
