What that means day to day
In this role, you will lead a talented team of Salesforce developers, driving the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that support both operational efficiency and business growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Salesforce development team, fostering technical growth and problem-solving skills.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure code quality and security through code reviews, best practices, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise work, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Manage project workflows using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Maintain documentation and support system configuration, release management, and end-user training.
