JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Data Engineer to join our high-performance team, focusing on expanding selection and driving costs lower for our customers. This role involves developing and supporting analytic technologies for complex data warehouse environments, and researching new technologies to ensure future scalability. We offer a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days a week.
Develop and support analytic technologies to provide customers with timely, flexible, and structured access to data.
Part of a high-profile team enhancing business profitability for the Amazon Consumer business.
Research and invest in new technologies for future scalability.
Contributing to the integration of P&L data within Amazon's platforms.
Support large scale projects with targeted delivery dates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda.
Strong expertise in SQL, EMR, QuickSight, and Python.
Solid experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
