The Software Engineer on the Enterprise Applications team handles design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Collaborate across teams to enhance IT services, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvements. Develop scalable, high-quality software aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze requirements, resolve issues, and optimize performance to support growth. Stay updated on best practices and emerging features to ensure innovation and reliability.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset
  Management, and Service Catalog and more, based on business
  requirements.
• Creating and maintain workflows, business rules, UI
  policies, and other platform elements.
• Developing and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend 's functionality and integrate with other systems.
• Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using capabilities.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the platform.
• Creating detailed technical documentation and specifications for proposed solutions.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science with experiences of 2+ year as
  a administrator, developer, or consultant.
• Have good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
• Have Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.). Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Have certifications like CSA, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in various modules.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
