Security Architect - Tel Aviv

Location: Israel; Hybrid

Do you enjoy solving hard technical problems for real customers?

Would you like to protect how leading enterprises use the browser and GenAI?

Join our Solutions team

Our Solutions team is small, broad in scope and reports directly to the CTO. You will be a focal knowledge point for both business and technical teams. On the sales side, you support sales engineers and customer success. On the technical side, you work closely with R&D and product. The role bridges pre-sales and post-sales without belonging to either.

Make an impact on the future of browser and AI security

The browser is now where work happens, and where data leaks. Our LayerX platform, now part of Akamai, protects users across SaaS apps, websites and GenAI tools. You will be our technical voice in front of customers: strategic meetings, POCs and troubleshooting sessions. You will own customer problems from first report to production fix. Your code and insights will shape the product roadmap.

As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating complex customer issues end to end, from root cause to a verified production fix
  • Joining strategic customer and POC meetings to explain architecture, run demos and lead technical discussions
  • Leading key troubleshooting and deployment sessions with customers across EMEA, the US and Japan
  • Building automation and tooling for tenant onboarding, enterprise deployment and internal support
  • Acting as the knowledge hub between sales engineers, customer success, R&D and product

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, solutions engineering or a similar technical role
  • Have a backend-focused full-stack background in TypeScript or JavaScript, and write Python scripts comfortably
  • Be well versed in web and browser security fundamentals, including HTTP, DNS, TLS and browser extensions
  • Have experience debugging production systems on AWS and Kubernetes using logs, metrics and SQL
  • Show ownership of problems, from first report to verified resolution in production
  • Have customer-facing technical experience, presenting in English and working across EMEA, US and Japan time zones
