Job Summary

As the Enterprise Architect Manager, you will lead a cross-functional technical team to architect enterprise solutions spanning infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will play a critical role in driving technical strategy, shaping customer solutions, and supporting pre-sales activities with a business-oriented mindset.

Job Description

Responsibilities
1) Linux System Administration 

  • ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบ Linux Server (Ubuntu / CentOS / Rocky / Alma)
  • ติดตั้งและดูแล Software พื้นฐาน:  Web Server: NGINX / Apache , Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis
  • Application Runtime: Node.js / Java / PHP / Go
  • ติดตั้งและดูแล SSL Certificate:  Let’s Encrypt, Certbot, cert-manager
  • ดูแลระบบ Reverse Proxy และ Load Balancer:  NGINX / Traefik / HAProxy
  • ดูแลระบบพื้นฐาน:  User & permission Firewall, cron, system , Log rotation, disk management, backup
  • ดูแล Security เบื้องต้น: OS hardening, patch update, vulnerability mitigation

 2) Kubernetes & DevOps Platform 

  • ดูแล Kubernetes Cluster (Production):  Deployment, Service, Ingress, HPA, ConfigMap, Secret
  • Deploy application ลง Kubernetes: Helm / Kustomize 
  • ดูแล CI/CD pipeline:  GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins
  • ดูแล Container platform: Docker image build, optimization และ troubleshooting
  • สนับสนุนทีมพัฒนาในการออกแบบ Deployment Architecture บน Kubernetes

 3) Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response 

  • ดูแลระบบ Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana 
  • ดูแลระบบ Logging: ELK / EFK / Loki, ตั้งค่า Alert และ Dashboard
  • วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ (Incident Response): ตรวจสอบ Root Cause
  • แนะนำแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงระบบ  ประสานงานร่วมกับทีม Developer เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในระดับ Application

4) Collaboration & Documentation 

  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer อย่างใกล้ชิด  สนับสนุนการ Deploy, Debug และ Optimize ระบบ Production
  • จัดทำ Documentation และ Runbook สำหรับระบบ

Qualification
Education

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา: วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Science)
  • วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Engineering)
  • หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

 Experience 

  • ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Linux System / DevOps / Infrastructure อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี 
  • มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Linux Server ใน Production 
  • มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Kubernetes และ Docker จริง 
  • มีประสบการณ์ดูแล CI/CD pipeline 
  • มีประสบการณ์ Monitoring, Logging และ Incident support 
  • มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีม Developer 
  • สามารถรับมือกับ Incident และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี 
  • มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ 
  • มี Mindset เชิง Systematic และ Continuous Improvement
