วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการทดสอบระบบ (Test Planning, Test Strategy) สำหรับ Software/Application ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท

Job Description

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

  • วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการทดสอบระบบ (Test Planning, Test Strategy) สำหรับ Software/Application ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท

  • กำหนด Test Case, Test Scenario และ Test Script ให้ครอบคลุมทุกฟังก์ชันการทำงาน

  • ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Developers), ทีม Business Analyst และทีม Operation

  • นำทีม Tester ในการดำเนินการทดสอบทั้ง Manual และ Automated Testing

  • ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Report) และคุณภาพของระบบ

  • กำกับดูแลการทำ Regression Testing, Performance Testing และ UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  • พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัย
    สนับสนุนการขึ้นระบบ (Go-Live) โดยตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ Software และความเสถียรของระบบ 

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

  • ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขา Computer Science, IT, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Testing อย่างน้อย 3 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

  • มีความรู้ด้าน Broadband Technology, Network Protocols และระบบ Billing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีความเข้าใจใน SSDLC, Agile/Scrum และ DevOps

  • สามารถใช้เครื่องมือทดสอบ เช่น JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestRail, หรืออื่น ๆ ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

  • สามารถเขียน Script สำหรับ Automated Testing (เช่น Python, JavaScript)

  • เข้าใจใน API Testing และ Database Query

  • มีประสบการณ์ในการทดสอบระบบที่มีผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมาก (High Availability Systems)
