Job Summary

The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and document cloud resources for AIS projects, ensuring optimal configuration and deployment. Responsibilities include infrastructure planning, developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts, performing cost optimization, and providing support. The role requires proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, experience with automation tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should have a background in cloud engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and preferred cloud certifications. Additional knowledge of network security and monitoring tools is advantageous.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud resources (private and public) for AIS's projects.
• Provide related documentation for cloud resources.
• Conduct infrastructure design, resource sizing, and capacity planning.
• Ensure optimal configuration and deployment of cloud services.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts.
• Perform cost analysis and optimization for cloud resources.
• Work under the agile process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize company tools to drive project completion.
• Provide infrastructure support.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (EC2, S3, Azure VMs, GCP Compute Engine).
• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Several years of experience in cloud engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures, containerization, and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (preferred)

Additional Knowledge:

• Understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
