Job Description

AnalyticX and Data Business Product Management:

1. Business Requirement Analysis

Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, pain points, and actual decision needs through structured requirement gathering and problem exploration. Translate these insights into clear and practical business requirements that can be delivered using analyticX and AIS Cloud capabilities. Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with analyticX business plan.

2. Data Platform Solution Design

Design and validate analyticX solutions on AIS Cloud by defining end-to-end cloud solution architecture. Work with cloud team, and data team to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and aligned with AIS cloud architecture. Support technical presales by translating business use cases into cloud-based solution designs and deployment models.

3. Service Delivery & Solution Enablement

Own end-to-end delivery of analyticX solutions from requirement confirmation through solution deployment and customer handover. Act as the primary technical point of contact during delivery to support customer adoption, smooth service acceptance, and successful commercial rollout of analyticX on AIS Cloud.

Qualifications :

- 3–6 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Solution Architect, Technical Presales, Data Platform Specialist, or Analytics Product Specialist

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fields

- Strong experience in business requirement gathering with the ability to identify customer pain points, decision needs, and translate them into practical, deliverable data solutions

- Hands-on experience in designing data or analytics solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. Oracle, AWS, GCP), including understanding of data ingestion, processing, analytics, and delivery layers. Experience with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Alloy or enterprise cloud environments is preferrable

- Ability to work with cloud, data engineering, and platform teams to validate solution feasibility, scalability, security, and cost considerations

- Solid understanding of data analytics concepts, including data modeling, analytical logic, and interpretation of insights for business decision-making

- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or similar tools for data exploration and solution validation

- Experience supporting technical presales, solution walkthroughs, or customer-facing discussions related to analytics or data platforms

- Ability to own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement confirmation through deployment and customer handover

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders

- Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing product and platform environment
