Responsible for planning, validating, and implementing colocation services and data center projects. This role ensures successful project delivery from initiation to handover, meeting agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Acts as the key coordinator between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth service delivery and operational readiness.Job Description
- Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion to meet agreed objectives.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Validate project deliverables against approved requirements, designs, and standards.
- Support testing, inspection, and formal acceptance of project outcomes.
- Identify issues or deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress communication.
- Support smooth handover of completed projects to operations or service teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, or project-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure includes power, cooling, rack systems, and connectivity.
- Experience in service delivery lifecycle from post-sales to Ready for Service (RFS).
- Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Facilities, Vendors).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of SLA, service acceptance, and operational handover processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
