Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive loyalty program strategy using tools such as AIS Serenade, AIS Point and the myAIS app. Your goal is to enhance customer engagement.

• Create high-valued segmented marketing strategies to target specific customer groups with personalized offers and communications.

• Own and manage product marketing initiatives from strategy development to execution and post-launch evaluation.

• Develop product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market plans for high-value customer segments.

• Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify patterns and opportunities for loyalty initiatives.

• Work closely with marketing, and customer service teams to integrate loyalty strategies across all customer touchpoints.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor loyalty initiatives to continually innovate and improve our loyalty offerings.
