Job Summary

Using data to help solve business problems by identifying various facts, trends, problems and propose solutions to make better strategic business decisions. Preparing descriptive analytics examines what happened in the past to spot trends. Also preparing diagnostic analytics considers why something happened by comparing descriptive data sets to identify dependencies and patterns to determine the cause of a positive or negative outcome. Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Preparation – Extract customer behavior data from multiple sources and systematically structure it for analysis. Resolve missing or inconsistent data inputs to maintain high data quality and integrity before evaluation.
• Strategic Analysis and Business Insights – Translate business objectives into data inquiries. Analyze customer usage patterns to identify key trends, deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to support marketing initiatives and drive strategic executive decisions.
• Campaign Targeting and Evaluation – Conduct customer segmentation to identify the right target audiences for marketing campaigns. Evaluate post-campaign performance and effectiveness to optimize future marketing initiatives.
• Data Visualization and Reporting – Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear visual formats. Translate raw metrics into meaningful business insights tailored for stakeholder review.
• Executive Presentation and Collaboration – Present key findings, trends, and analytical insights directly to stakeholders. Partner closely with the marketing team to transform insights into actionable marketing plans.

Knowledge:

• Statistical Knowledge
• Mathematical Ability
• Programming languages, such as SQL, Python
• Analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI
• TeraData , Big data Hadoop Tech, Cloud Tech

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degrees in MIS, Business, Economic, Computer Science or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience with Data Analysis
• Experienced in designing and architecture BI / Data Analytics Solutions is preferred
