A position at Airbus Helicopters (AH) in Marignane in the domain of the Support Engineering (ESE) has arisen. We are looking for a transversal Project Manager dealing with Export Control compliance plan (M/F).
The compliance with Export Control regulation is a key challenge for AH and ESE, a new project has just been launched with the objective to deploy, within ESE, sustainables solutions to ensure Business continuity while being compliant with Export Control & National Security regulations.

Main Missions, Responsibilities and Activities:
Within the department ESECE (Export Control & Supplier Strategies), you act as the ESE Project  Manager, responsible for the following activities:

- Manage the project with all ESE stakeholders
- Define the project strategy, organization, methodology to be applied
- Build and manage functionnaly the project team
- Build & manage the project planning 
- Deliver project deliverables on time/quality/cost 
- Manage the project budget (budget request, actuals, ...)
- Monitor risks & opportunities
- Define & implement the change & communication plans
- Communicate the project roadmap & progress status 
- Organize & deliver an efficient support to the ESE operational teams
- Report to the Top Management within S&S directorate

- Ensure interfaces with the AH Governance teams
- Contribute to the AH Programme which gives the guidelines for Export Control AH compliance & develop IT Airbus Group solutions
- Escalate operational needs & issues
- Contributes to the Governance put in place concernign the National Security regulations to mutualize IT developments and solutions


For completing your mission and implement efficient solutions, you have to deal with a complex process and tools environment, including:
- all stakeholders in France, Germany and Spain, from the operational teams up to the Top Management. 
- Procurement, IT, Legal & Security teams.

To summarize, a key challenging project in a complex environment where the results will widely impact the Business efficiency & Customer Satisfaction, and opening evolution opportunities within Support Engineering.
 

Continuously track evolution of export control national & international laws  and regulations (including ITAR and EAR) and liaise with relevant government authorities.

- Provide permanent advice and support including tools, deliver training to business functions concerned.

- Ensure permanent intelligence on « end use(r) » countries or customers.

- Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc..

- Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain.

- Support the implementation of Airbus Directives and Methods.

- Define, update and enforce end-to-end export control process.

- Prepare export control documentation in order to get timely clearance for export.

- Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction

- Apply for Export Licences Release of deliveries incl. physical checks Classification Administration of licences incl. record keeping Sanctions.
