En tant que stagiaire Garant de la Performance, votre rôle principal sera de déployer les outils et méthodologies pour améliorer le pilotage de la performance de l’équipe. 

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur des Achats opérationnels Aerostructure.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. 

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes : 

• Supporter l’équipe de management dans la structuration des données nécessaire aux tableaux de bords liés aux objectifs principaux de la société 

• Créer et développer des bases de données par exemple. Google Studio - Looker Studio, Google Sheets, etc...

• Définir les KPI et les méthodes de visualisation pour suivre les objectifs

• Consolider les informations pertinentes des projets de l’organisation  des différentes plateformes  Allemagne, Canada, Espagne, France, UK et Chine;

• Suivre au niveau managérial pour assurer un suivi de la réalisation des objectifs et assurer que les équipes atteignent leurs objectifs

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion et création de tableaux de bords 

• Préparer des synthèses pour le management

• Traiter avec la supply chain globale

• Développer votre visibilité au sein d'Airbus

Compétences et qualifications souhaitée

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Master (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la supply chain ou la gestion de projet ou une discipline apparentée ? 

Durant vos études et expériences précédentes, vous avez développé les compétences suivantes : 

• Première expérience pratique en aéronautique est souhaitée 

• Créativité et réflexion en dehors du cadre

• Haut niveau d’autonomie et de pilotage (vous serez cependant supporté par un tuteur de votre département) 

• Bonnes compétences en communication avec ouverture d’esprit et attitude 

• Organisation

• Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

• ○ Anglais : Intermédiaire

• ○ Français : Intermédiaire

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills. 

Your main activities will be as follows: 

• Supporting the management team in structuring data necessary for the setup of dashboards containing key objectives for the company;

• Creating databases and developing dashboards in e.g. Google Studio - Looker Studio, Google Sheets, etc...

• Defining KPIs for objective tracking and best visualization methods to provide overview of status... any idea you might propose;

• Processing information relevant to the many different projects in organizations spread across Germany, Canada, France, UK, Spain and China;

• Following up with the management level in order to keep track of the objective

• completion and ensure that the teams are able to achieve their goals.

 This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:  

• Basic knowledge of Data Management and creation of Dashboards 

• Prepare executive summaries

• Deal with global supply chain contributors

• Develop your own visibility within Airbus

Desired skills and qualifications

During your previous studies and experience, you have developed the following skills:

• First practical experience in the field of aeronautics is desirable.

• High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department) 

• Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude

• Self-organized 

• Language skills expected : 

• ○ English: Intermediate 

• ○ French: Intermediate
