Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage 2025 en Logistique & Data Analyst » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site logistique de Marignane (13).

Vous rejoindrez le département « Parts Forecast & Supply chain » en charge de la prévision, de l’approvisionnement et du stockage des pièces de rechange des hélicoptères à destination de ces clients dans le monde entier.

Votre stage consistera à mener un projet dans un environnement logistique, sur la digitalisation des outils de travail des métiers et des indicateurs de performance.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025.

(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités :

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

  • Mettre en place un projet pour la digitalisation des outils de travail et des indicateurs de performance.

  • Clarifier et répondre aux besoins d’analyse et d’automatisation des métiers : en créant des outils de Business Intelligence ou en s’appuyant sur le service informatique.

  • Aligner les équipes France/Allemagne sur les outils de Business Intelligence et KPI.

  • Analyser les non-performances, les communiquer aux équipes et proposer des plans d’amélioration.

  • Former les équipes et accompagner le changement.

  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques chez Airbus Helicopters.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

  • Connaissance du métier logistique et de son environnement

  • Digitalisation et gestion des données 

  • Analyse de la performance

  • Amélioration continue

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie logistique ou de l’ingénierie informatique ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Esprit d’analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation

  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques : notions sur  les bases de données, le code (SQL, Python…), la data analyse, les outils de reporting…

  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et Google Suite, ainsi que de l’ERP, SAP 

  • Organisé(e), Engagé(e), Autonome, 

  • Bon(ne) communicant(e)

● Compétences linguistiques attendues :

  • Anglais : avancé

  • Français : courant
