Une offre de stage intitulée « Business Process Project Manager (ALL GENDERS) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.


Vous rejoindrez le département « CENTRAL PMO (Programmes Management Office) & PROGRAMS ENABLERS team» en charge des activités Projets / Process / Performance / Méthodes et Outils pour la direction des Programmes.


Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:
Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:
● Aligner et standardiser les pratiques de management sur les 4 processus sous la responsabilité du Domaine Programme (Routines, Reporting, Training, Planning, ...)
● Mettre en place, où ce sera nécessaire, les structures projet nécessaires, en ligne avec les standards Airbus
● Etablir le lien entre les projets d'amélioration des processus avec la performance opérationnelle de l'entreprise

Vous supporterez le "Domain and Process Improvers" du Programme en:

  • Déployant la processus de confirmation et d'adhérence dans les routines de management des Processus Programme à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise.

  • Déployant lorsque pertinent, les processus et activités auprès des autres entités de l'entreprise à l'international.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :
● Gestion de Projet
● Management par les processus
● Développer une vision globale des enjeux de l'entreprise

● Communiquer et convaincre dans un environnement international
 

Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l'Administration d'entreprise / la gestion de projet / le management de la Qualité ou une discipline apparentée.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
● Connaissance en gestion de projet

● Connaissance sur le management par les processus (ISO 9001/EN9100)
● Google Suite

Soft Skills:

  • Esprit d'équipe, bonne communication interpersonnelle

  • Ouverture d'esprit et orienté(e) solution

  • Capable d'interagir dans un environnement international


Compétences linguistiques attendues :

Anglais : avancé
Français : négociation / courant

Allemand : serait un plus.

In the frame of its continued transition to a Process-Driven company, Airbus Helicopters' Programs Department is looking for a Business Process Project Manager on its site Marignane. 

You will join the CENTRAL PMO (Programmes Management Office) & PROGRAMS ENABLERS team.

In this role, you will be interfacing with the focal points of Program processes and aligning with the focal points of all company processes under the responsibility of the Program Domain Improver. 

In doing so you will acquire a wide overview of the entire value chain of a company at the forefront of its industry.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility).


Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.


Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Aligning and Standardizing the management practices across the four processes of the Program Domain (Routines, Reporting, Training, Planning, ...)

  • Putting in place, where necessary, the project structures required in line with Airbus standards

  • Continuously linking process improvement projects with company operational performance

You will support the Domain and Process Improvers of Programs in:

  • Deploying process confirmation/adherence management routine of Program Processes at all levels of the company

  • Deploying the relevant aspects of their process worldwide

Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Business administration / Quality / Project Management (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:

  • Project/Program Management

  • Knowledge of Process principles and

  • Proficient in Google Suite

Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Open minded and solution oriented

  • Ability to thrive in an international environment

Languages

French: Advanced

English: Advanced

German: Would be a plus
