Le programme A220 est à la recherche d'un candidat pour rejoindre l'organisation de l'ingénierie en chef dans le rôle d'architecte des systèmes de cabine. Le titulaire de ce poste relèvera du chef de la conception générale de la cabine du programme A220 et supervisera le développement de solutions dans le périmètre des systèmes de cabine.
Dans votre rôle, vous devrez
Définir les exigences et les objectifs de l'avion pour les modifications de conception et les nouveaux développements liés aux Cabin Systems et aux autres composants de la cabine. Le focus principal pour ce poste sont le "floor-to-floor" (i.e. plancher, murs, compartiment à bagage et plafond) et le cargo.
Vous guidez et motivez les équipes d'ingénieurs et de fournisseurs de la cabine afin de fournir des solutions d'ingénierie et des modifications dans le respect des délais et des coûts.
S'assurer que la livraison des solutions d'ingénierie répondra aux exigences de sécurité, du client et du programme.
Assurer la liaison avec le support client et le personnel de production afin d'identifier des solutions produits pour résoudre les points sensibles dans ces domaines.
En collaboration avec l'équipe du programme de la cabine A220, établir et suivre les priorités pour les développements dans le périmètre de la cabine.
Soutenir l'ingénieur en chef de l'A220 dans l'élaboration du plan d'évolution du produit.
En tant que candidat idéal, vous démontrez :
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Baccalauréat ou d’une Maîtrise en ingénierie ou dans un domaine équivalent.
10 ans d'expérience dans la conception de systèmes aérospatiaux avec une expérience avérée dans le développement de systèmes de cabine
Capacité à diriger des équipes techniques transversales et interfonctionnelles et à remettre en question les solutions techniques.
Capacité avérée à présenter des solutions et des plans à la haute direction et aux clients
Expérience avérée dans la négociation de solutions techniques et de spécifications.
Connaissance du processus de conformité de la navigabilité

The A220 Program is seeking a candidate to join the Chief Engineering organization in the role of Cabin Systems Architect. This role will report to the Head of Overall Cabin Design, A220 Program, oversee development of solutions in the Cabin Systems perimeter.
In your role, you will:
Define aircraft requirements and objectives for design modifications and new developments related to Cabin Systems and other cabin components. Primary focus for this position are floor-to-floor (i.e. flooring, sidewall, bins, ceiling) and cargo.
Guide and motivate engineering and Cabin supplier teams to deliver engineering solutions and modifications on schedule and cost.
Ensure delivery of engineering solutions will satisfy safety, customer and program requirements
Liaise with customer support and production personnel to identify product solutions to resolve pain points in these areas.
In conjunction with the A220 Cabin Program team, establish and monitor priorities for developments in the Cabin perimeter.
Support the A220 Chief Engineer in developing product evolution planning
As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:
You have a Bachelor or Master University degree in Engineering or equivalent field
10 years’ experience in aerospace systems design with demonstrated experience in cabin systems development
Ability to lead transverse technical and cross-functional teams and to challenge technical solutions
Proven capability to present solutions and plans to senior management and customers
Demonstrated experience in negotiating technical solutions and specifications
Awareness of airworthiness compliance process
