Job Description:

Job Objectives

  • Planning, implementation and management of complex projects in regards to global repair shop development and industrialization
  • Responsible for the establishment of a repair network in China as part of the "Road to China" project.
  • Identification and implementation of potential additional repair competencies in the global repair network 
  • Mapping and leading of all relevant stakeholders according to the interest of the project. 
  • Creating, monitoring and controlling the budget, resources and project business case to achieve strategic project goals
  • Implementation of project management structures, processes and systems to enhance the performance of our customers

Job Responsibilities

  • Professional leading of complex global project team and negotiate with external stakeholder      
  • Initiate long term development targets together with the internal and external repair shop 
  • Coordinate repair and production targets  within Satair project governance with Repair and Production strategy team
  • Responsible for the process mapping and the definition of the to be solution
  • Professional leading of international project teams with drive, ownership and empathy
  • Supporting procurement MFT in terms of call for Tender on new and existing work packages
  • Cooperate with Airbus Engineering teams in the development of new repair principles or alternate Jigs/tool concepts in the frame of §repair rather replace project”   
  • Responsible of the financial control about projects 
  • setting up reporting governance among all stakeholders
  • Alignment with the Capex, export control, tax and law experts of Airbus
  • Responsible for the definition general    
  • Make or buy analysis 
  • Defining future contract landscape in for the china repair station   
  • consolidate and harmonize the industrial footprint
  • Managing new repair capabilities injections in the global footprint 
  • Exceptionally development of repair process
  • Supporting Repair station liaison management team in project management
  • Leading less complex repair  improvement projects
  • Consulting of the liaison management team in transfer of work activities 
  • Analyzing technical footprint and identify gaps of technical expertise in the regions  
  • Supporting in CSIP improvement projects  
  • Industrialisation and development of Satair Singapore's repair station  
  • Harmonization and standardization of global repair processes  
  • Contribute to Satair's sustainability goal 
  • Support the Satair's growth ambitions for the repair business 

Job Requirements

  • ​Degree in Economic or Industrial engineering preferable with the specialization in supply chain or procurement
  • Relevant work experience and profound knowledge in project management,
  • Deep knowledge of  customer services, supply chain, negotiation skills and a 
  • technical understanding and knowledge
  • Ability to apply the appropriate project management methods, processes and tools for managing project and process requirements and risks, monitoring and controlling of project progress, setting up and managing schedule, cost and resources.
  • Strong knowledge of the Airbus industrial system, experience in capacity/capability assessments
  • 5 year experience in project management LBIP+/Scrum 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive working attitude
  • Credible in front of internal and external business partners
  • High negotiation and problem solving abilities and comfortable in handling all level of management internal and external  
  • Oral and written fluency in English
