Project Lead AI Transformation (d/f/m)

 Who are we - Test Frameworks and Instrumentation?

Our team is responsible for Air Power Engineering to provide the best and most efficient test means and framework solutions to ensure program success. We instrument all Military Test Aircrafts, we provide the Flight Test Ground stations to monitor and process flight test data and we provide the Test Systems and Simulation Frameworks to enable development test.

It is our vision to be the reference in test means and framework solutions in the aeronautical industry, setting the standard for data excellence and operational efficiency and in that context mastering the transition to an AI powered organization.

We are looking for a project lead to lead the transformation towards an AI enabled organization.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Organizational Enablement: You support the management team to lead the AI transformation in the organization.

• Strategic AI Roadmap: You develop, maintain a AI Transformation roadmap tailored to our needs. You establish a suitable monitoring and KPI tracking to create transparency on the progress.

• Advisory & Leadership: You guide the management and the team in identifying, evaluating and embedding high value AI use cases

• Regulatory Governance & Compliance: You define the frame to meet aviation and legal requirements using AI

• Enterprise Scalability: You establish standards and architectures ensuring AI projects become sustainable enterprise solutions rather than isolated “one-hit wonders”

• Ecosystem & Partner Management: Drive strategic partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and tech partners aligned with aviation security standards.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Experience and Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Informatics or related field. Proven track record of leading projects in IT or AI environments.

• AI & Strategy Expertise: Deep technical understanding (ML, GenAI, LLMs) with a proven ability to translate technology potential into business cases and scalable enterprise solutions.

• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge

• Change Leadership and executive communication skills

• Governance and Methodological Skills

• Pragmatic and Resilient Mindset
