• Manage dedicated projects within flight training & provide solid project management, from project creation to deployment
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
• Coordinate & communicate with Worldwide ATO and staff appropriately on project status and actions 
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, provide KPIs
• Identify and propagate best practices, assess the impact of proposed changes, and facilitate change within the Airbus ATO
• Monitor, review, and act upon applicable regulatory, customer, and other external guidance related to the relevant flight training projects and program content and delivery
• Provide support for the development of the Airbus Flight Training program within the ATO and with customers
