Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Chef de projet en transformation et amélioration pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous relèverez du Chef de la division A220 Upgrades.

La mission principale de l'équipe est de garantir la compétitivité de l'A220 et la satisfaction des clients en fournissant des modifications optionnelles en service couvrant la cabine, la cellule, l'avionique et la connectivité.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Chef de projet en transformation et amélioration sera d'être responsable de la gestion de projet de l'exécution des A220 Upgrades (retrofit).

Vos défis :

  • Gérer le portefeuille de projets de réduction des délais d'exécution des mises à niveau de l'A220 ;

  • Établir et mettre en œuvre les éléments clés des processus d’offre et d'exécution des mises à niveau avion en utilisant la méthodologie LBIP, les phases et les jalons ;

  • Identifier les opportunités et définir des chartes de projet pour améliorer la maturité du processus ;

  • Supporter la feuille de route, les risques et les opportunités dans les activités de transformation de l'activité mise à niveau et la revue trimestrielle ;

  • Gérer, contrôler et s’assurer de l'amélioration continue des processus ;

  • Représenter les mises à niveau dans le cadre du processus de gestion des changements du programme A220 et veiller à ce que la mise à niveau soit exécutée conformément à l'engagement du client ;

  • Être responsable de la coordination générale des services A220 et de la communication avec le client en ce qui concerne le développement et l'exécution des mises à niveau ;

  • Atteindre les objectifs du projet (temps, portée, coût, qualité, marge) à la satisfaction du client ;

  • Participer à l'équipe de travail intégrée afin de garantir une mise en œuvre dans les délais et les coûts prévus ;

  • Gérer les risques et les opportunités et mettre en œuvre des mesures d'atténuation si nécessaire ;

  • Aider le client, lorsque nécessaire, à préparer la mise en œuvre de la solution de mise à niveau (y compris l'organisation - le cas échéant - de la mise en œuvre sur site et le soutien du back-office).

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence ou d'un diplôme en ingénierie, en administration des affaires ou équivalent. Un MBA est un atout ;

  • Vous avez un minimum de sept (7) ans d'expérience dans le support client, la gestion de programme ou de projet dans l'industrie aérospatiale ;

  • Vous faites preuve de solides compétences en matière de leadership, conformément au modèle de leadership d'Airbus ;

  • Vous avez une connaissance détaillée des processus de gestion d'entreprise et des meilleures pratiques ;

  • Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet ;

  • Vous avez une expérience et une bonne compréhension du LBIP ;

  • Vous avez de fortes capacités d'analyse, de planification, de résolution de problèmes et de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles ;

  • Vous faites preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et d'une grande capacité à travailler en équipe ;

  • Vous êtes capable de gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire d'experts afin d'assurer la collaboration et les engagements ;

  • Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication en anglais et en français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Upgrades Transformation Project Manager to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will report directly to the Head of A220 Upgrades.

The key mission of the team is to secure A220 competitiveness and customer satisfaction by providing optional in-service modifications covering cabin, airframe, avionics and connectivity.  

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

As Upgrades Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of A220 Upgrades (retrofit) execution.

Your challenges:

  • Manage the A220 Upgrades Leadtime Reduction Project Portfolio;

  • Establish and implement the key elements of the upgrade offer and execution processes using the LBIP methodology, phases and milestones;

  • Identify opportunities and define project charters to improve the process maturity;

  • Support Roadmap, Risk & Opportunities in Upgrades Business transformation activities and the Quarterly Review;

  • Manage, control and continuously improve the process;

  • Represent Upgrades within the A220 program change management process and ensure that the Upgrade is executed per customer commitment;

  • Responsible for overall A220 services coordination and communication to the customer, as it relates to the upgrades development and execution;

  • Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality, margin) to customer satisfaction;

  • Participate in the Integrated Working Team to ensure on-time and on-cost implementation;

  • Manages risks and opportunities and implements mitigation actions when required;

  • Assist the customer, when required, preparing the upgrade solution embodiment (including organizing - when relevant - the embodiment on site and back office support).

Your boarding pass:

  • You hold a bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. An MBA is an asset;

  • You have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Customer Support, Program or Project management in the aerospace industry;

  • You show strong leadership skills in line with the Airbus leadership model;

  • You have strong knowledge on business management processes and best practices;

  • You have project management skills;

  • You have experience and understanding of LBIP;

  • You have strong analytical skills, planning, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills;

  • You show an open mind and a great ability to work as a team player;

  • You have the ability to manage a team of Subject Matter experts from multiple teams to ensure collaboration and engagements;

  • You have excellent communication skills in English & French.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet.
