Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• Réalisation d’une étude d’un meuble électriques avionique intégrée et innovant pour le futur ATR.
• La mission consistera à intégrer dans un produit unique toutes les fonctions nécessaires à un meuble avionique comme les racks avionique, la ventilation, le refroidissement, l’alimentation électrique… Fonctions qui sont dissociées dans l’existant.
• L’étude se fera sur le logiciel de CAO CATIA V5
• Un cahier des charges sera à réaliser au préalable afin d’identifier toutes les contraintes liées à un environnement avion.
• La mission sera à piloter comme un projet (planning, avancement…)

Afin de remplir la mission au sein du département « CUSTOMIZATION & SYSTEM INSTALLATION », l’équipe assurera une familiarisation du candidat aux sujets suivants :

• Certification des aéronefs,
• Lecture de plan de définition,
• Constitution d’un dossier de définition,
• Pilotage de la qualité,
• Règles de conception,
• Suivi et coordination d’un mini projet.

La finalité du stage est de réaliser une modélisation, simplifiée sous CATIA V5, innovante et intégrée du meuble électrique contenant les équipements avionique.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Elève Ingénieur généraliste dans le domaine aéronautique ou mécanique,
• Vous savez faire de la modélisation mécanique sous Catia V5 (Part design, assembly design, sheet metal)
• Une connaissance des modules électriques Catia (EHI & EHA) serait un plus
• Vous avez une très bonne écoute active,
• Vous savez coordonner des activités et restituer des états d’avancement,
• Vous avez l’esprit ouvert et synthétique avec la capacité à prendre du recul sur votre activité et proposer des idées nouvelles
• Français : courant
• Anglais : A2/B1
• Une première expérience au sein d’un bureau d’études dans le domaine aéronautique est un plus.

Detailed description of the mission

• Propose an innovative and integrated new design of an ATR avionics bay rack for the future ATR
• The aim of this mission is to integrate in a single product all necessary functions like avionics racks, venting, cooling, electrical power supply…  Functions which are not integrated currently.
• CAD model will be created thanks to software CATIA V5.
• To accomplish this mission, a specification should be set up at the beginning in order to identify all constraint due to aircraft environment.
• The mission will be managed like a project (schedule, follow up…)

In order to fulfill the mission within the “CUSTOMIZATION & SYSTEM INSTALLATION” department, the team will familiarize the candidate with the following subjects:

• Aircraft certification,
• Reading of definition drawing,
• Constitution of a definition dossier,
• Quality management,
• Design rules,
• Follow-up and coordination of a mini project.

The aim of this internship is to deliver a simplified Catia V5 3D model of an innovative and integrated avionic bay.      

This internship is designed for you

• Student Master degree in aeronautics or mechanics,
• Knowledge about CATIA V5 (Part design, assembly design, sheet metal)
• Knowledge about CATIA V5 electrical module (EHI, EHA) is a bonus,
• Capacity to learn and very good active listening,
• Knowledge to coordinate activities and report on progress,
• You are open minded and synthetic with capability to step back from activities and propose new ideas,
• French: fluent
• English: A2/B1
• A first experience in a design office in the aeronautical field is a bonus.
