CRYOPROP demo is looking for a Project Management intern. This internship will ideally begin in May 2025 (date subject to flexibility), and will last for a period of 6 months.
You will be part of an ambitious and flexible project execution with a diverse technical team, with partners from worldwide industry and academia, start-ups in a dynamic and emulating environment.
Your Mission
The PMO intern will reinforce a dynamic transnational PMO team (Toulouse and Ottobrunn), the main tasks will be:
Support with purchasing considering the planning and budget, following up on issues with suppliers;
Simplify and improve internal processes to support the technical team in their daily operations;
Ensure the good tracking of deliverables and milestones within the project;
Prepare progress report to the upper management on a regular basis;
This internship is a great opportunity to gain a good insight into Project Management in a fast paced environment.
The candidate will also have the opportunity to demonstrate his / her capacities and will have direct contact to different stakeholders throughout the company. The candidate will have to quickly understand the governance and the company organization.

You are finalizing your studies in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or in Business Administration, and are interested by Project Management:
Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture;
Ability to work independently without much supervision;
Time management and prioritization skills
Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written communication skills (English and French are mandatory; German would be a plus);
Proactive, able to build strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and ability to drive projects in virtual and multicultural teams
Skills in applying and using communication-systems and web based tools (i.e. Google Workspace, ZOHO etc.)
Passion about technology, science
Eagerness to take initiatives to propose simpler and efficient ways of working
Impatience and burning desire to attain rapidly, along with a healthy skepticism for progress
