Responsibilities
- Leads the AHEAD Technical Sales organization
- Collaborates with the AHEAD Executive sales leadership to assist in the development and execution of sales plays leveraging our Pre-Sales Specialists and services portfolio
- Positions Executive / Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations with customers and partners to showcase AHEAD’S capabilities
- Provides ongoing coaching and professional development to the team in order to enhance their solution knowledge, technical acumen, and pre-sales skill sets
- Drives career development (External Training / Internal Career Roadmap)
- Builds executive level relationships with our key partners and their associated field leadership teams
- Fosters and maintains key relationships with our customer stakeholders and project sponsors
- Manages the key metrics by which to measure the progress
- Collaborate with the other TSS executives to ensure continuity between Pre-Sales, Delivery and our clients
Qualifications
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution, Master in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Minimum fifteen years of sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- At least 5 years of executive level experience leading technical selling teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
