Responsibilities
- Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with our customers.
- Consult with customers and prospects to understand their needs and pain-points and evangelize the business value of the ServiceNow platform.
- Architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate live to customers and prospects the ServiceNow platform highlighting it’s features and functionality.
- Conduct business process and/or technical workshops that may include enablement sessions.
- Interact with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader on solutioning on the ServiceNow platform.
- Interface with customers, sales, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into requirements and deliverables.
- Thrive in a fast paced growing company.
- Develop documentation, pricing and statements of work for customers.
- Learn other technologies from a high level that may integrate with ServiceNow to produce a holistic outcome.
- Obtain and maintain pre-sales ServiceNow certifications for the different product lines available.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a solution/sales engineer or a consultant for a software company.
- Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
- ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Passion for problem-solving to solution selling.
- Knowledge of web development or mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts and project management – preferably using Agile Development Methodologies.
- Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner.
- Deep insight on technical architectures, IT products and product positioning.
- ServiceNow certifications and accreditations are strongly desired.
- Experience on other SaaS platforms such as: Tanium, Atlassian, Big Panda, Splunk, Data Dog, Logic Monitor etc. a plus.
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks such AngularJS, jQuery, Prototype and bootstrap fundamentals a plus.
- Experience with monitoring solutions, end point collection, IoT, machine learning and other emerging technologies a plus.
- Understanding of web services (e.g. SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) a plus.
- College degree (or equivalent experience) in the fields of Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related discipline.
