Role Overview:
This is a hands-on Art Direction role for someone who can take a brief and turn it into a complete visual story. You will work across campaigns, shoots, branding, digital content owning the creative journey from concept → visual direction → production → final output.
Key Responsibilities:
🎨 Campaigns & Creative Concepts
- Conceptualise and define the visual direction for brand and marketing campaigns.
- Develop campaign identities, mood boards, storyboards and key visuals.
📸 Shoots & Production
- Art-direct photoshoots and video shoots.
🎬 Content
- Develop motion graphics, animations, videos and social-first creative assets.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to create engaging visual storytelling.
🖥️ Design & Branding
- Build strong visual systems and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints

Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of experience in Art Direction / Creative / Graphic Design / Advertising.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, photography and visual communication.
- Hands-on proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio that demonstrates campaigns, art direction, shoots, branding, motion and creative thinking.
- Preferred: NID, NIFT, MICA, MIT Institute of Design or Symbiosis.
