[Summer Internship 2025] Strategy & Analytics Intern

Strategy & Analytics is a fast-growing and dynamic team within the Strategic Partnerships department of Agoda. Strategic Partnerships is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s non-accommodation partners and promote Agoda’s top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Our team members are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. The Strategy & Analytics team’s scope includes business strategy and profitability optimization leveraging data analytics, target setting, and P&L / KPI performance management.

The opportunity:

Support profitability optimization for Agoda’s B2B2C partnerships by;

• Understanding how branded landing pages and their placement on partner platforms drive traffic to the Agoda platform 
• Benchmarking placement of Agoda’s Branded Landing Pages internally across B2B2C partnerships and against top OTAs in Asia 
• Identifying gaps in current placements and how they impact traffic and conversion 
• Providing recommendations to improve placements and maximize profitability 

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Learn about the B2B2C partnership model in the OTA industry 
• Understand the importance of product placement in customer acquisition and conversion 
• Improve your business problem-solving acumen 
• Be part of a young and multinational team in Bangkok HQ 
• Co-ordinate & collaborate across multiple teams 
• Present your findings to senior leadership  

Requirements:

• Currently a 3rd-year student or below with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in conducting primary and secondary research

It's great if you have: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business and Management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others) or Formal Sciences (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and others)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
• Knowledge in Statistical and Data Analysis
• Knowledge in SQL
