[Summer Internship 2025] CEG Data Analytics Intern

The Customer Experience Group (CEG) of Agoda effectively serves our customers and partners to ensure satisfying results. This great task is accomplished with the support of our Global Service Vertical team. We serve as the backbone for Customer Experience Group’s global operations. Our team is comprised of project managers, process owners, analysts, and talent management. Together we work to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer and partner support processes.  Working with the Global Service Vertical team is a great opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and develop initiatives with other subsidiaries of Booking Holdings and external partners all over the world. We are in a very data-driven environment, and we are eager to move fast and learn through experimentation. The opportunity: 

This Data Analytics intern role is a part of the CEG data analytics team. The analytics team serves as a key support team for driving data-driven insight and strategy for our CEG business leaders. We provide essential data visualization using advanced BI tools, drive various cost-saving and efficiency projects using ML techniques and predictive analytics, and drive key changes in the business by supporting various A/B experiments. Our team consists of highly motivated, fast-moving, and self-driven analysts who work side by side with project managers and business leaders.

In this role, you'll get to:  

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership by digging into our vast amounts of customer and booking data.
• Identify and conceptualize processes to improve Customer Experience Agents’ productivity
• Analyze the impact of higher Customer Experience Agent performance on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Drive real impact on the business by working with senior analysts on your team to deliver key projects using advanced analytical tools

Requirements:

• Currently a 3rd-year student or below with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Knowledge in Database Management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Tableau)
• Knowledge in Statistical Analysis (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)

It's great if you have: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Formal Sciences (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and others) or Applied Sciences and Engineering
• Knowledge in Python, R, Tableau (Data Visualization/Dashboard Development), or VBA
