Your role in our journey 

As a pivotal member of the new Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence Team, you will manage data analytics and insights for the Talent Acquisition organization. Your strategic insights and recommendations will not only elevate the quality of our hires but also streamline our processes, making a lasting impact on Agoda's future. You will help develop best reporting practices and tracking mechanisms to monitor and gauge the impact of key projects.  With a data-driven mindset and a bias for using technology, you will be at the forefront of innovation, crafting solutions that have positive impact on a global scale.  

In This Role, You’ll Get To   

  • Provide analytical insights, reporting and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team and Business Partners. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction. 
  • Lead the design and development of data products, such as dashboards, presenting key insights for performance monitoring. 
  • Deliver analysis, dashboards, and presentations on Talent Acquisition data to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity 
  • Work with all stakeholders to drive efficiencies, optimize processes, and prioritize enhancements. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or tech company 
  • Strong project management and communication skills. 
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL. 
  • A prominent level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • An ownership mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. 
  • The ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and foster a collaborative team culture.

  • Experience in People Analytics roles. 
  • A proven track record of challenging the status quo and proposing improvements to existing processes. 
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding the story behind the numbers. 
  • Experience in a multicultural or international work environment
