Responsibility:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in network administration in managing a mid / large enterprise network
• Hands on experience in performing maintenance, and upgrade of networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems.
• Monitoring network connectivity and implementing corrective measures for throughput and performance improvement.
• Experience in network monitoring tools such as Solar winds and Panorama
• Provide technical support to various departments and users with regards to LAN/MAN/WAN (local/metropolitan/wide area networks) and cloud-based networks (e.g., VPN).
• Liase with vendors, Product support teams such as Cisco, Palo Alto and Riverbed to resolve the equipment related issues on priority.
• Experience in installation and configuration of Cisco devices such as network switches, wireless access point devices
• Experience in managing LAN security and network performance monitoring and improvements
• Skilled in providing technical support services related to firewall policy and configuration issues.
• Experience in Datacenter operations including hands on experience in routing and Switching.
• Knowledge on ITIL process standards  such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Technical Certification : CCNA (Cisco certified Network Administrator) is mandatory
• Academic Qualification : Engineering – Degree in Electronics and Communication  (or)  Computer Science
• Soft skills : Good Communication skills and Positive attitude
