At Agile Robots SE, we are at the forefront of innovation in robotics technology, and your role will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation in diverse industries.
- Responsibility for the successful management of robotic modules or small system projects
- Management of cross-functional engineering teams to complete projects within time, budget, scope, and quality requirements
- Create, maintain, and execute product development plans, as well as project management tools such as action lists, risk registers, changelog, cost plans, etc.
- Break down work packages within the project team and ensure task completion
- Ensure that all project team members and stakeholders are fully aware of the project objective and deliverables
- Establish and ensure seamless and effective communication among project members and stakeholders
- Continuously identify risks and define countermeasures
- Present the status of the projects to project teams and management
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, energy, or IT, sensoric industries, or PHD (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) without working experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; or relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Professional experience in robotic application or system development projects, as well as in waterfall or agile project management
- You've already successfully delivered min. 1 project from the requirement to launch phase
- Good technical understanding of electronic hardware & embedded software or complex IT products, preferably for robotic or electronic systems
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance, and resilience
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to go on business trips to China or other European countries 30% of the time
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Project management, scrum master, or product owner certificate
- Good knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or Git
